One of the highlights of NYFW was Victoria Beckham’s Fall 2013 ready-to- wear collection. We loved seeing her grow as a designer and seeing her signature become more refined. To show the brand has really progressed, Beckham introduced knitwear to her tight collection of flattering mannish coats. And of course Victoria wouldn’t be Victoria without her signature fitted dresses with exposed zippers. There were gorgeous A-line skirts, drop-shoulders and two new trophy bags.

We also saw longer lengths, turtle necks and colour – yes splashes of sunny yellow and purple shone down the runway. Her collection included coats in subtle checked tweed and felted wool, and a jaw-dropping tuxedo jacket. All in all, a modern but sexy collection we can’t fault.

It was quintessentially Victoria Beckham – sleek, luxurious, sophisticated, ultra flattering and modern.

Victoria says: ‘I’m always designing what I want to wear.’ An approach that is certainly working!
