Everyone’s got a guilty pleasure, whether it’s shopping when you should be saving, eating one too many blocks of chocolate or singing along to that cheesy song that everybody hates. One of the most common guilty pleasures is watching reality-TV shows. Most of us love to watch them but are too embarrassed to admit it.

On page 46 of ELLE’s November issue in ‘Who Are Your Kardashians?’, the ELLE team comes clean about their reality-TV fixes and celebrity obsessions.

Beauty editor Lynette Botha admits that she tried to hide her Giuliana & Bill addiction from her husband, features writer Sarah Koopman defends her love for playmate-turned-housewife Kendra Wilkinson-Baskett and fashion editor Tarryn Oppel is glued to the screen every time Kim Kardashian pops up on TV.

I really keep up with the Kardashians, im glued on Kourtney and Scotts relationship, they go through the same drama over and over and yet i still watch over and over. But i hold the remote in my hands so that if hubby pulls in i switch to another chanel and pretend i was watching something with more substance... :-)
Nkhensani on 10/17/2012: I love Giuliana and Bill! :) It makes me happy. There's a lot that can be said about how "real" a reality TV show is, but I think they're pretty genuine. Then there's Kimora: Life In The Fab Lane. Divas are just so entertaining! But when wannabe-divas are given airtime to talk about hairspray and leopard print, while fighting over old boyfriends, I draw the line. No- I'm lying! I love Jerseylicious, too! :D
nikiwe magwaza on 10/17/2012: I am addicted to most of these reality shows, from Keeping up with the Kardashians, Giuliana and Bill, Jerseylicious, Chicagolicious and Dineo's dairy. Lets not forget the cooking shows, Masterchef, Come Dine with me S.A, Charley's angels, and let us not forgot Say yes to the dress, Undercover Boss and the Secret Millionaire. Its an obsession that has me procastinating for days on ends and let's thank the nerds who come up with PVR as that is how I keep abreast with my guilty obsession and I am not embarrassed to admit, I LOVE REALITY T.V
