A new and exciting concept is about to hit the chicest locations in Jozi.

The Union Bar, a specialist pop-up bar company, is about to bring a mix of good drinks and fun times to the city by launching a series of pop-up bars in and around Jo’burg.

Melrose-Arch

The very first Union Bar pop-up bar will, well, pop up in Melrose Arch this Thursday evening. For this launch event, they’ve teamed up with Grey Goose vodka. Hayley Owen, a.k.a. Angie Palmer of The Wild, will host the exclusive event. Guests will be among the first to taste Union Bars’ selection of wonderful (and a few weird) cocktails like red velvet martinis with cream cheese, cherry chocolate espresso martini’s, foam spiced wasabi and horseradish bloody Mary’s with celery salt air and salmon and pepper infused gin with fresh cucumber and lemon grass honey. Sounds yum, doesn’t it?

So diarise this now: Friday 19 October to 17 December; The Piazza, Melrose Arch, Jo’burg.

But if you want to be sure to be there, click here to register and book. The free online booking system is to ensure that you are guaranteed entrance – if you’ve booked, of course.
