Head Wrap Like a BOSS. Here’s How

What better to keep your hair moisturized and protected from the heat this summer than with a good old headwrap ? Grab a colourful fabric, and wrap it up!Taking good care of you hair never looked this good !

The classic twist

Step 1: Place the fabric around your head and pull the ends forward as per image above and tie a knot close to your head.                                     Step 2: Start twisting the ends together, ensuring the are the same length.

Step 3: Once twisted, secure under the knot. You can use an elastic band if needed.

Side twist

Step 1: Place the headwrap on your head with the ends on each shoulders (not facing forward).

Step 2: Tie a knot at the back of you head as per image above.

Step 3: Start twisting and keep the twist very tight.

Step 4: Bring the twisted fabric to the front and secure with a safety pin

Step 1: Place the first piece of fabric on your head with the ends facing forward. Twist and bring it all on top of your head as per image above. Secure with a bobby pin.

Step 2: Add a second piece of fabric on top, with the ends facing forward. Bring each of the ends to the opposite side,  crossing the fabric at the front as per step 5 in the image above.

Step 3: Bring each ends to the side and secure in place.

Step 1: Start by gathering your hair into a topknot. Place the headwrap at the back of your head, making sure the fabric is lowered to the nape of your neck. Then, pull ends towards the front.

Step 2: Tie the wrap into a knot at the center.

Step 3: Fold the fabric until it creates an oversized bow.

Step 4: Hide the ends of the wrap by tucking them into the bow flaps.
