GINGER & ROOIBOS SORBET RECIPE

Before her Festive Table cooking show starts, Celebrity Chef Siba Mtongana shares her ginger and rooibos, berry sorbet recipe.

What do I need?

4 oranges, halved

40g fresh ginger, peeled and sliced

1 rooibos teabag

200g Caster sugar

1kg strawberries, washed and halved

300g blueberries, washed

2 tbsp lemon juice

Store bought mini meringues, crushed

A few fresh cherries with the stalk

How do I make it?

Squeeze out the juice from the halved oranges to make 400 ml orange juice.
