Hair That Moves will be screened for one night only in Johannesburg.

Hair That Moves is a short film that follows Buhle (Millicent Makhado Mothiba), a young township girl on her tireless quest to find hair that moves, so that she can win a singing competition at her school in the suburbs.

Hair That Moves written by Yolanda Keabetswe Mogatusi, has already been screened at the Africa Film Trinidad and Tobago Film Festival 2017, the Zanzibar International film festival and the San Antonio International Film Festival. The short film is available to watch on Amazon Prime, but for those who still enjoy the cinema, Hair that moves will be screened at the Bioscope Independent Cinema on the 17th of August in Johannesburg.
